Here at SLIM Paintball.com we use two options for payment. One is to pay with your PayPal account and the other is to pay with your credit card.
We protect your financial information with industry-leading SSL (secure socket layer) encryption security and fraud prevention systems. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for your transaction. You can buy with us with complete confidence.
2. How many items do you offer?
We currently carry over 250 items ready to ship every single day. We receive new items into our expanding warehouse every single day. We take pride in offering you more choices, the best brands, lower prices and fast and affordable shipping.
3. Can I place my order without a credit card?
At the current time we do offer PayPal as an additional payment option. You must have a PayPal account, if you do not have one, please go to PayPal.com and sign up. Then select PayPal as the means of payment during checkout.
4. I need my order quickly, what are my options?
We ship with FedEx, so you will have choices during checkout.
5. Will you special order an item for me?
Here at SLIM Paintball.com we will custom order an item if you do not find it on our website. Let us know what you need, and we'll try to get it for you at the best price.
6. My item was in stock on your website but now its out of stock?
At SLIM Paintball.com we aim to stock enough colors and sizes to suit your requirements. However, we will find certain lines are not always available in every size and color due to having sold out of a popular line. When this happens we will contact you offering the available sizes/colors, an alternative product, or a complete refund.
7. How long does a backordered item take to arrive?
At SLIM Paintball.com we try to keep our stock full, however, there are times when we have to backorder an item. The time for a backorder could take a week or two, or several months depending on how popular your item is. We will be in weekly contact with you on any updates we receive from the manufacyure
8. How soon will my return be processed?
Most returns are processed within 1-3 business days from the time it is received in our office. Orders taken by credit card will have their credit card refunded in approximately 3-5 business days from the time the package was received in our office. If you request a exchange, the return should be processed and on it's way back to you within 1-3 business days from its received date. In some instances it may be necessary to contact you regarding your return, please provide a contact number or email address.
9. What if my package is damaged or merchandise is missing?
SLIM Paintball.com takes every effort to ensure you package arrives in satisfactory condition. If your package is damaged please call our customer service (702) 445- 6277, and speak to a customer service representative, or email josh@slimpaintball.com. Do not discard the shipping carton until you have spoken with us.

11. When will my order ship?
When you shop with SLIM Paintball.com, you get great service and fast shipping. We know how anxious you are after you place an order and will get your order out as soon possible. Orders placed by 2pm are typically shipped out the same day. (Orders placed over the weekend will ship the next business day) On rare occasions, weekend orders may not ship until Tuesday due to the large volume of orders. In the event that one or more of the items from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via telephone or email. You have 3 days from that point to contact us, or we will refund and remove the out of stock items, and ship the rest of the order.
Economy Shipping
SLIM Paintball offers Economy shipping to the United States in certain cases. Items shipped using economy shipping will be shipped via Fedex or USPS at our choice. Additional shipping charges might apply when shipping to an APO/FPO address. Shipping times will vary from 1- day in southern California, to 6 days on the east coast.
Fedex Shipping
Our preferred method of shipping is Fedex. Fedex delivers Monday through Friday and does not pickup or deliver on the weekends. The chart below is accurate for ground shipping. Fedex will attempt to deliver three times. If you miss all three of these attempts, then Fedex will hold your package for seven days and also send you a postcard to inform you of its arrival. If you fail to collect this package within the set period then it will get returned to us. SLIM Paintball will hold your package for fifteen days. Please note that if this happens we will charge you for re-shipping. If you fail to collect you package within fifteen days, we will refund your account and withhold all shipping fees.

Service to APO/FPO Addresses
We know our Military people love to play paintball. We ship using USPS to APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times range from 1-3 weeks.
12. How do I track my package?
As long as you entered a valid e-mail address during checkout, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. Please be sure to check your spam filter as these e-mails tend to get caught in these filters.
13. Do my billing & shipping addresses have to match?
For fraud protection purposes, we require that all address information match what is on file with the credit card company. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, the shipping address must also be listed with your financial institution as an alternate shipping address. This can easily be done by calling the number on your statement or the back of your credit card. It only takes a few minutes and does not affect your billing information at all. If both addresses are on file with the credit card company, you still may still be contacted to verify your address.
14. Does my package require a signature?
Orders over $150 will require an adult to be present to sign for the package. If your order is less than $150 and there is a safe place to leave your package, the carrier may leave the package if no one is available at time of delivery. This decision is made by your local carrier and SLIM Paintball cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. We will assist in filing a lost package claim with the carrier.
