30-Day Return Policy

**Paintballs can't be returned**

If you're not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return and provide you with one of the following options: store credit, full refund to the value of the product's purchase price, or an exchange. Our 30-day right of return policy is extremely simple! All we ask is that you send the item back to us unused and in the original packaging, making sure that the product is in the same condition as you received it in.

- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Here's what you need to do:
1. Using a good shipping box, return package via FedEx or other Carrier of your choice.
2. Please include a note stating purchaser's name, address, e-mail address and order number if known, and what's wrong with the item, if it's defective.

4. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund.

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once it is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

If your product is defective, it might be an easy fix. We encourage you to call your manufacture for their warranty. If it is not an easy fix, send it back to us with the original packaging and we will happily send you another one.

Restrictions and exceptions :
Paintballs do not qualify for any returns or exchanges do to the limited shelf life this product has.
Unfortunately all shipping charges are non refundable.

Procedures:
There are three options available for our customers who would like to return a product -

1. Exchange
If a product is unsatisfactory, we can offer to exchange it for another one (i.e. a different size or color etc) or another product of the same value. Generally proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange, although we may waive this requirement if we believe we have sold the product. Please note, as mentioned above, products returned or exchanged must be unused and in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc returned with the item, also exchanges are not available on paintballs.

2. Money Back Guarantee
Our money back guarantee is a key aspect of our business. If a customer has proof that they purchased the goods from our website within the last 30 days, they may obtain a refund. A refund will be made in the same tender as the original purchase. The product returned must be unused and in resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise deficient - the money back guarantee does not apply to paintballs.

3. Store Credit
The issuing of store credit provides an alternative to a refund or exchange. These store credit can be used to purchase anything from the slimpaintball.com online store. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be generated for amounts less than $2.00.
